Chinese Lamb Zha Jiang Mian

- β200g mian
- β2 zha
- β2 tbsp jiang
- β2 tbsp vegetable oil
- β2 cloves garlic
- β1 inch ginger
- β1 tbsp soy sauce

Preheat the oven to 200Β°C.

Season the lamb with salt and pepper.

Cook the mian according to package instructions.

Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat.
