Argentinian Chicken Kebabs
Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, these kebabs are perfect for a delicious dinner. Inspired by the flavors of Argentinian cuisine.
Ingredients
- β1.5 lbs chicken breastcut into 1-inch pieces
- β1 large red onioncut into 1-inch pieces
- β1 large red bell peppercut into 1-inch pieces
- β1 large zucchinicut into 1-inch slices
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1/4 cup spicy saucesuch as sriracha
- β2 tbsp olive oilfor brushing kebabs
- βto taste saltfor seasoning
- βto taste pepperfor seasoning
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Thread chicken, onion, bell pepper, and zucchini onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.

Brush kebabs with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Place kebabs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.

During the last 5 minutes of cooking, brush kebabs with spicy sauce.
