Cheesy Dutch Oven Casserole
A hearty, comforting casserole made with tender Dutch oven-roasted beef, gooey cheese, and a crispy crust.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Dutch oven-roasted beefCut into 1-inch cubes
- β1 cup Shredded cheddar cheeseDivided
- β1/2 cup Mozzarella cheeseShredded
- β1 medium OnionSliced
- β3 cloves GarlicMinced
- β2 tablespoons Olive oilDivided
- βto taste Salt and pepper
- β1 tablespoon Fresh parsleyChopped (optional)

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large Dutch oven, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced onion and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute.

Add the Dutch oven-roasted beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

In a separate bowl, mix together 3/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese.

Add the cheese mixture to the Dutch oven and stir until melted.

Transfer the Dutch oven to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly.

Remove the Dutch oven from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley, if using.
