Dutch Oven Chicken Stew
A hearty and comforting stew cooked to perfection in a Dutch oven. This recipe is perfect for a cold winter's night.
Ingredients

- ●2 medium carrots
- ●2 medium potatoes
- ●1 medium onion
- ●3 cloves garlic
- ●2 cups chicken broth
- ●1 teaspoon stew seasoning
- ●4 slices bacon

Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).

Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and stew seasoning.

In the Dutch oven, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon from the pot and set aside.

Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot and cook until the onion is translucent.

Add the chicken breasts to the pot and cook until browned on all sides.

Add the carrots, potatoes, and chicken broth to the pot. Stir to combine.
