Wild Garlic and Bouillabaisse Roasted Salmon
A flavorful Japanese-inspired dish featuring wild garlic and bouillabaisse roasted salmon, served with a side of steamed vegetables.

- β2 tbsp BouillabaisseStore-bought or homemade
- β1 tsp French sea saltUnrefined
- βto taste Freshly ground black pepperWhole peppercorns

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Season the salmon fillets with French sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.

In a small bowl, mix together chopped wild garlic and bouillabaisse.

Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, skin side down.
