German Oven Cabbage Casserole
A hearty and comforting German-inspired dish made with roasted cabbage, savory beef, and a crispy crust.

- β1 pound ground beef80% lean
- β1 medium, chopped onion
- β1 tablespoon caraway seeds
- β2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- β1 cup beef broth
- β1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.

Add the chopped onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the sliced cabbage to the skillet and cook until slightly softened, about 5 minutes.
