German-Style Roasted Pork Chops

Ingredients

- ●2 tablespoons Olive oilfor brushing
- ●1 teaspoon Saltfor seasoning
- ●1 teaspoon Black pepperfor seasoning
- ●1 teaspoon Garlic powderfor seasoning
- ●1 teaspoon Dried thymefor seasoning
- ●1 tablespoon Brown sugarfor glaze

Rinse the pork chops and pat them dry with paper towels.

In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and dried thyme.

Brush the pork chops with olive oil and sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over both sides.

Place the pork chops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
