Thai Guanciale Tacos
A fusion of Thai and Mexican flavors in a crispy taco shell, topped with roasted guanciale and fresh cilantro.
Ingredients
- β8-10 count Tacos Shells
- β1/4 cup GuancialeThinly sliced and roasted
- β1/4 cup Cilantro
- β2 tbsp Thai Red Curry Paste
- β1 tbsp Coconut Oil
- β2 tbsp Lime Juice
- β1 tsp Honey
- β1 tsp Sesame Seeds

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Place the guanciale on a baking sheet and roast for 10-12 minutes or until crispy.

In a small bowl, mix the Thai red curry paste and coconut oil.

Warm the tacos shells according to the package instructions.

In a separate bowl, mix the lime juice, honey, and sesame seeds.

Assemble the tacos by placing a piece of roasted guanciale on each shell, followed by a spoonful of the curry paste mixture and a sprinkle of cilantro.
