Savoy Cabbage Amatriciana
A creative Italian-inspired oven-baked dish featuring roasted savoy cabbage and amatriciana sauce.

- β1 medium head, cored and shredded Savoy Cabbage
- β2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- β2 cloves, minced Garlic
- β1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- β1/2 cup Amatriciana Sauce
- β1/4 cup Grated Parmesan
- βto taste Salt

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

In a large bowl, toss cabbage with olive oil, garlic, and Italian seasoning until evenly coated.

Transfer the cabbage mixture to a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and slightly caramelized.

While the cabbage is roasting, heat the amatriciana sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.

Once the cabbage is done, remove from the oven and toss with the heated amatriciana sauce.
