Jamaican Porcini Stew

- β2 medium Onions
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1 tsp Jamaican allspice
- β0.5 tsp Cumin
- β2 cups Tomatoescanned
- β1/2 cup Red wine
- β2 tbsp Olive oil

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the onions and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the Jamaican allspice, cumin, and porcini mushrooms.
