Korean-Style Oven Roasted Fromage

- β1 block (250g) FromageSoftened to room temperature
- β1/4 cup (60g) AnjuChopped into small pieces
- β1/4 cup (15g) FresChopped into small pieces
- β1 tsp (5g) Korean chili flakes (gochugaru)
- β2 tbsp (30g) Sesame oil
- β1 tbsp (15g) Honey
- β1 tbsp (15g) Soy sauce
- β1 tsp (5g) Brown sugar
- β1/4 tsp Crushed black pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

In a small bowl, mix together Anju, fres, gochugaru, honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, and black pepper.

Cut the Fromage into 1-inch (2.5 cm) cubes.

Place the Fromage cubes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Brush the Fromage with sesame oil and sprinkle the Anju mixture evenly over the top.

Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the Fromage is golden brown and caramelized.
