Comte Pilaf Bake
A delicious and easy-to-make pilaf with the nutty flavor of Comte cheese, perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 cup, shredded Comte cheese
- β1 cup Pilaf
- β1 pound, cut into 1-inch pieces Chicken breast
- β1 medium, diced Onion
- β2 cloves, minced Garlic
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent, about 3 minutes.

Stir in the pilaf and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Transfer the pilaf mixture to a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Sprinkle the Comte cheese evenly over the top of the pilaf mixture.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
