Moroccan Sterbottensost Pastilla

- β1 package (typically 20-24 sheets) Phyllo Dough
- β2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- β1 teaspoon Paprika
- β1/2 teaspoon Cumin
- β1/4 teaspoon Salt
- β1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro
