Saudi Arabian Chicken Kebabs
A flavorful and aromatic dish inspired by the cuisine of Saudi Arabia, featuring marinated chicken kebabs roasted to perfection in the oven.

- β2 tablespoons lemon juice
- β2 cloves garlic, minced
- β1 tablespoon ginger, grated

- β1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- β1/2 teaspoon salt
- β1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- β1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
