Saudi Arabian Egg Noodle Bake
A simple and flavorful Saudi-inspired dish combining egg noodles with roasted chicken and spices, perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β500g Egg Noodles
- β1.5 lbs (675g) Chicken Breast
- β2 tbsp Olive Oil
- β2 cloves Roasted Garlic
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
- β1 tsp Cumin
- β1 tsp Paprika
- βchopped, for garnish Parsley

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Season chicken breast with salt, black pepper, cumin, and paprika. Roast in oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add roasted garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

Add cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to combine with garlic and oil.

Slice roasted chicken and add to the noodles. Toss to combine.

Transfer the noodle mixture to a baking dish and top with chopped parsley.

Bake in the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes, until heated through and parsley is lightly browned.
