Saudi Arabian Gouda Kebabs
A delicious and flavorful kebab recipe featuring roasted Gouda cheese and a hint of Saudi Arabian spices.
Ingredients
- β1 block (8 oz) Gouda cheesepreferably smoked Gouda
- β2 tbsp Olive oilfor brushing kebabs
- β1 tsp Paprikasmoked paprika for added depth
- β1 tsp Cuminground cumin for a warm, earthy flavor
- β1 tsp Corianderground coriander for a citrusy note
- β1/2 tsp Garlic powderfor added depth
- β1/2 tsp Saltto taste
- β2 Bell peppersany color, sliced
- β1 large Onionssliced
- β4 slices Bread (optional)for serving

Cut the Gouda cheese into 1-inch cubes.

In a small bowl, mix together paprika, cumin, coriander, garlic powder, and salt.

Brush the bell peppers and onions with olive oil and sprinkle with the spice mixture.

Thread the coated vegetables, Gouda cheese, and any additional desired toppings onto skewers.
