Saudi Arabian Lamb Kebabs
A twist on traditional German cuisine, these lamb kebabs are marinated in Middle Eastern spices and roasted to perfection.
Ingredients
- β500g Lamb shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubesFat-trimmed
- β2 tbsp Olive oilFor brushing
- β2 tsp Middle Eastern spice blendAvailable at most supermarkets
- β1 tsp Salt
- β1 tsp Black pepper
- β2 cloves Garlic, minced
- β1 tsp PaprikaOptional
- β1/4 cup Roasted red pepper, choppedOptional

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, spice blend, salt, black pepper, garlic, and paprika.

Add the lamb cubes to the bowl and toss to coat with the marinade.

Thread the lamb cubes onto skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.

Brush the skewers with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.

Place the skewers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the lamb is cooked through.
