Saudi Beef Stew
A hearty beef stew from Saudi Arabia, slow-cooked in the oven to perfection. This dish is a staple of Saudi cuisine, with tender beef and flavorful spices.

- β1 medium onion
- β3 cloves garlic
- β2 medium carrots
- β2 medium potatoes
- β2 tablespoons tomato paste
- β2 tablespoons olive oil
- β1 teaspoon cumin
- β1 teaspoon coriander
- β1 teaspoon salt
- β1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Preheat the oven to 300Β°F (150Β°C).

Season the beef with salt and black pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
