Slovakian Beef Dumplings
A traditional Slovakian dish made with beef dumplings, perfect for a cold winter evening. This recipe is also gluten-free, making it suitable for those with dietary restrictions.

Preheat the oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, caraway seeds, onion, eggs, and gluten-free flour. Mix well until everything is fully incorporated.

Gradually add the sour cream and water, mixing until the dough comes together. If the dough is too dry, add a little more water.

Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Divide the dough into small pieces, about the size of a golf ball.

Shape each piece into a ball and then flatten it slightly into a disk shape.

Place the dumplings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Brush the tops of the dumplings with a little water and sprinkle with some caraway seeds.
