Traditional Slovakian Popcorn Pudding
A unique dessert inspired by Slovakian cuisine, blending the comfort of roasted flavor with the excitement of popcorn.
Ingredients

- β1/2 cup Granulated sugar
- β1/2 cup All-purpose flour
- β4 tablespoons Unsalted butter
- β2 Large eggs
- β1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- β1/4 cup Roasted ground hazelnuts

Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).

In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the granulated sugar and cook, stirring occasionally, until the mixture turns golden brown.

In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and vanilla extract together.

Add the flour to the egg mixture and whisk until smooth.
