Argentinian-Style Smoked Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients

- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- β2 Roasted green peppers
- β1 Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1 tsp Smoked paprika
- β1 tsp Chili powder

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Season the chicken breast with smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper.

In a large bowl, toss together the roasted green peppers, onion, and garlic.

In a separate bowl, mix together the olive oil, chili powder, and smoked paprika.

Place the chicken breast in a separate bowl and brush the olive oil mixture on top.

Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, add the bowl with the peppers and onion to the oven and roast for an additional 10 minutes.
