Keto Syrian Black Bean Kebabs
A keto twist on traditional kebabs, using flavorful black beans and a spicy Syrian seasoning blend.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Black beans, cookedLow-carb black beans
- β2 tsp Syrian seasoning blendKeto-friendly blend of herbs and spices
- β1 tsp Black pepperTo taste
- β2 tbsp Lime juiceFreshly squeezed
- β2 tbsp Olive oilFor brushing kebabs
- β1 sheet Aluminum foilFor wrapping kebabs

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

In a large bowl, combine cooked black beans, Syrian seasoning blend, and black pepper.

Squeeze lime juice over the bean mixture and mix well.

Thread a few black beans onto each wooden skewer, leaving a small space between each bean.

Brush the kebabs with olive oil and wrap each kebab in aluminum foil to prevent sticking.
