Traditional Venezuelan Banana Bread

- β1 cup granulated sugaryou can also use brown sugar for a different flavor

- β1 tsp vanilla extractuse high-quality vanilla for the best flavor

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C).

Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until they're smooth.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Add the softened butter to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Mix in the vanilla extract.
