Grilled Pork Nuong with Vietnamese Bun
A classic Vietnamese dish featuring grilled pork served with steamed bun and fresh herbs.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Pork shouldermarinated in fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar
- β4-6 pieces Bunsteamed Vietnamese rice bun
- β1/4 cup Minaripeeled and chopped
- β4-6 Lime wedgesfor serving
- β1/4 cup Fresh cilantrochopped
- β2 tablespoons Fish saucefor marinade
- β2 tablespoons Lime juicefor marinade
- β1 tablespoon Sugarfor marinade
- β1/2 teaspoon Saltfor marinade
- β1/4 teaspoon Black pepperfor marinade

2. In a small bowl, whisk together fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, salt, and black pepper.

3. Add the pork shoulder to the marinade and coat evenly. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
