Grilled Korean-Style Soybean Sprouts with Earthy Notes

- β1/2 cup Oven-roasted soybeans
- β2 tablespoons Kongnamul (Korean soybean paste)
- β1 teaspoon Syrian za'atar
- β2 tablespoons Earthy sesame oilUse a high-quality sesame oil for the best flavor

- β2 Grilled portobello mushroomsOptional, for added earthy flavor

Preheat your oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C) for the soybeans.

Roast the soybeans in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until fragrant and lightly browned.

In a separate pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.

Add the soybean paste, za'atar, and a pinch of salt to the pan. Stir to combine.
