Smoked Hamburger Casserole
A hearty casserole filled with smoked ground beef, potatoes, and a blend of cheeses. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

- β2 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced Potato
- β1 large onion, roasted in the oven until caramelized Oven-roasted onion
- β1 (9x13 inch) casserole dish Casserole dish
- β1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Cheddar cheese
- β1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C).

In a large skillet, cook the smoked ground beef over medium-high heat until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.

Add the roasted onion to the skillet and cook until combined with the ground beef.

In a separate bowl, combine the sliced potatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, and shredded mozzarella cheese.

Grease the casserole dish with cooking spray.

Add the potato and cheese mixture to the casserole dish, followed by the ground beef and onion mixture.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
