Argentinian Beef Skewers
Tender beef skewers marinated in a smoky Argentinian-inspired sauce, grilled to perfection in the oven.
Ingredients

- β1 cup Argentinian chimichurri sauce (store-bought or homemade)For marinating
- β2 tsp Smoked paprikaFor added smokiness

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Thread beef pieces onto skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.

In a large bowl, whisk together chimichurri sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Add the beef skewers to the marinade and toss to coat.

Let the skewers marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and brush with olive oil.
