Smoky Turkish Wraps
A flavorful and aromatic wrap filled with smoky spices, topped with a fresh tomato salsa.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Lamb shoulderboneless
- β2 tablespoons Smoked paprikaor to taste
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 large Tomatodiced
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsleychopped
- β2 tablespoons Olive oilfor brushing
- β4-6 Warm pita wrapsfor serving
- β1/2 cup Feta cheese (optional)crumbled

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

In a small bowl, mix together smoked paprika, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Rub the spice mixture evenly over the lamb shoulder.

Place the lamb on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.

While the lamb is cooking, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add diced tomato and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Chop fresh parsley and stir in.

Once the lamb is done, let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing into thin strips.

Warm the pita wraps by wrapping them in foil and heating them in the oven for 2-3 minutes.

Assemble the wraps by placing sliced lamb, tomato salsa, and crumbled feta cheese (if using) on each wrap.
