- β4 sheets Kombucut into 4 pieces
- β2 cups Pale vegetable brothstore-bought or homemade
- β1/4 cup Fried shallotsstore-bought or homemade
- β1/4 cup Chopped scallionsoptional

Instructions

Bring 2 cups of pale vegetable broth to a boil in a medium saucepan.

Add the kombu pieces and simmer for 5 minutes.
