Egyptian Night Tagine

- β1 large, diced tagine
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β2 cloves minced garlic
- β1 large, diced red onion
- β1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions

Heat oil in a large clay tagine or Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
