Greek Shrimp Souvlaki
A quick and flavorful Mediterranean-inspired souvlaki recipe featuring succulent shrimp. Serve with pita bread or over a bed of rice.
Ingredients

- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tsp oregano
- βto taste salt
- β1 tsp souvlaki seasoning
- β4-6 pita bread
- β1 tomatosliced
- β1 red onionsliced

Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Thread shrimp onto skewers.

In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and souvlaki seasoning.
