Japanese Nabemono Hot Pot
A traditional Japanese hot pot dish that combines flavors and textures in a delicious meal. This recipe serves 4.
Ingredients
- β2 stalks Celery
- β1 cup Sliced Mushrooms
- β1 cup Bamboo Shoots
- β1 block Tofu
- β4 cups Nabemono Broth
- β2 tbsp Sesame Oil
- β2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- β1 bunch Green Onions
- β1 tsp Sesame Seeds

1. Cut the celery into bite-sized pieces and set aside.

2. Slice the mushrooms and bamboo shoots.

4. Heat the sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat.

5. Add the sliced mushrooms and bamboo shoots and cook until they start to brown.
