Passion Fruit Tart
A sweet and tangy dessert using fresh passion fruit, perfect for warm weather.
Ingredients

- β1 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
- β1/2 cup Unsalted butter
- β1/2 cup Granulated sugar
- β1 Egg
- β1/4 teaspoon Salt
- β1 cup Confectioners' sugar

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour and salt. Add confectioners' sugar and whisk until combined.

Add unsalted butter and use a pastry blender or your fingertips to work it into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.

Press mixture into a 9-inch tart pan with a removable bottom.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until lightly golden.

Cut passion fruit in half and scoop out the pulp with a spoon.
