Pepper Stir Fry
A simple and quick stir fry made with bell peppers and served with rice. This recipe is perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- β2 bell peppersany color
- β1 can Solodrained and chopped
- β2 tablespoons oilvegetable or peanut oil
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tablespoon soy sauceor to taste
- βto taste salt

Instructions

Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
