Italian Casserole
A hearty Italian-inspired casserole made with tender vegetables and flavorful seasonings.
Ingredients
- ●1 cup Peppery vegetablessuch as bell peppers and zucchini
- ●1 (8 oz) package American casserolesuch as macaroni
- ●1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ●1 tsp Garlic powder
- ●1/2 tsp Salt
- ●1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- ●1 cup Marinara sauce
- ●1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the American casserole according to package instructions.

In a large skillet, sauté the peppery vegetables in a little bit of oil until tender.

Add the Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt to the skillet and stir to combine.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked casserole, sautéed vegetables, and marinara sauce. Mix well to combine.

Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
