Dutch Pepper Stir Fry
A quick and easy pepper stir fry made with onions, served in a Dutch oven. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.

- β1 medium chopped onion
- β8oz (225g) stir-fry noodles chewy
- β1 tablespoon vegetable oil dutch

Instructions

Heat the oil in the Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the sliced peppery and cook until tender-crisp, about 4-5 minutes.
