Kielbasa Casserole
A hearty, comforting casserole filled with spicy kielbasa, chewy pasta, and a blend of cheeses.
Ingredients
- β1 pound, sliced Kielbasa
- β8 oz, uncooked Peppery Pasta
- β1 cup, shredded Syrian Cheese
- β1 cup, shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- βchopped 1 Onion1 medium
- βminced 2 Cloves Garlic2 cloves

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C).

Cook pasta according to package instructions; set aside.

In a large skillet, cook kielbasa over medium-high heat until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet; cook until onion is translucent.

In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, kielbasa mixture, and shredded cheese.

Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
