- β1 lb Argentinian fishWhite fish such as sea bass or halibut works well
- β1/4 cup PepperyPepper slices or peppercorns
- β2 cups CrispShredded cabbage or thinly sliced carrots
- β1/4 cup Lime juiceFreshly squeezed
- β2 tbsp Soy sauceLow-sodium
- β1 tsp GingerGrated
- β1 tsp GarlicMinced
- βto taste Salt
- βoptional Chili flakesFor some heat

Instructions

Cut the Argentinian fish into small pieces and place in a large bowl.

In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and chili flakes (if using).

Pour the marinade over the fish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
