Delicious Middle Eastern Falafel Wrap
A flavorful and healthy wrap filled with crispy falafel, fresh vegetables, and creamy tahini sauce. This Middle Eastern-inspired dish is perfect for a quick and easy meal.

- β1 head Lettuce
- β2 medium Tomatoes
- β1 medium Cucumber
- β1 medium Red onion
- β1/4 cup Tahini sauce
- β1 large Pita bread
- β1 tsp Middle eastern seasoning
- β1 tsp Crunchy sumac

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

In a bowl, mix together falafel, middle eastern seasoning and crunchy sumac.

Spread the falafel mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.

Prepare the tahini sauce by mixing together tahini, lemon juice and water.

Warm the pita bread in the oven for 2 minutes.

Assemble the wrap by spreading the tahini sauce on the pita bread.
