- β1/2 cup, shredded Cheesemild Dutch cheese
- β2 tbsp Peppery Spreadavailable in most supermarkets

Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Place flatbread slices on the grill for 2-3 minutes or until lightly toasted.

Flip the flatbread over and top with shredded cheese.
