Filipino Peppery Chicken Breast
A twist on traditional chicken breast with a flavorful peppery Filipino-inspired sauce. Perfect for a quick and easy dinner.
Ingredients

- ●2 tbsp peppercornsfreshly ground
- ●2 tbsp soy sauce
- ●1 tsp black pepperfreshly ground
- ●3 cloves garlicminced
- ●1/2 onionchopped
- ●1 tsp fish sauce
- ●1 tsp brown sugar

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Season the chicken breast with salt and black pepper.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the chicken breast until browned on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
