Keto Cherry Cobbler
A keto-friendly twist on the classic cherry cobbler, using almond flour and sugar-free sweetener.
Ingredients

- ●1 1/2 cups almond flour
- ●1/2 cup granulated sweetenersuch as Swerve or Erythritol
- ●2 large eggs
- ●1/4 cup butter, melted

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, granulated sweetener, and a pinch of salt.

Add in melted butter and mix until crumbly.

Press mixture into the bottom of a 9x9 inch baking dish.

In a separate bowl, mix together cherry filling and a pinch of salt.

Pour cherry mixture over the crust.

In another bowl, whisk together eggs and a pinch of salt.
