Cinnamon Mexican Breakfast Burritos
A delicious and spicy breakfast burrito filled with ground beef, wrapped in a warm tortilla.
Ingredients

- β1/4 cup peppery stir fry mix
- β1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- β4-6 tortillas
- β1 cup shredded cheese
- β1 tablespoon mexican seasoning
- β2 tablespoons fry oil
- β1/4 cup sour cream

Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the peppery stir fry mix, cinnamon, and mexican seasoning to the skillet and stir until the mixture is fragrant.

Cook the tortillas in a separate skillet over medium heat until they are warm and pliable.

Spoon the beef mixture onto the center of a tortilla and top with shredded cheese.

Fold the bottom edge of the tortilla up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll the burrito up.
