Goat Feta Stuffed Peppers

- ● 1/2 cup goat feta cheese
- ● 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- ● 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ● 1 tsp dried oregano

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)

Cut off the tops of the peppers and remove seeds and membranes

In a bowl, mix together feta, parsley, garlic, and oregano

Stuff each pepper with the feta mixture and place in a baking dish

Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes

Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes
