Prawns and Tiger Brochette
A flavorful and easy-to-make dish featuring succulent prawns and tiger meat, skewered and grilled to perfection.
Ingredients
- β1 pound PrawnsShell-on
- β1 pound TigerThinly sliced
- β1/2 cup Peppery German Brochette Sauce
- β1/4 cup Juicy Tiger MarinadeSee instructions for ingredients
- β1/4 cup Tiger Marinade (see instructions for ingredients)
- β2 German Tiger Peppers
- βto taste Tiger Salt
- β2 tablespoons Oil for brushing

1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

2. In a bowl, whisk together German Tiger Peppers, Tiger Marinade, and Oil for brushing.

3. Add the sliced tiger to the marinade and mix well.

4. Thread tiger onto German Brochette, leaving a little space between each piece.

5. Season with Tiger Salt to taste.

6. Grill the brochette for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the tiger is cooked through.

7. Meanwhile, peel and de-vein the prawns and season with salt.

8. Grill the prawns for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are pink and cooked through.
