Stir Fry Beef with Peppery Spices
A quick and flavorful beef stir fry recipe with a kick from peppery spices. Serve with your choice of sides, such as rice or noodles.
Ingredients

- ●2 teaspoons pepperyground peppercorns
- ●1 teaspoon kenyani Kenyan spice blend
- ●2 tablespoons stirvegetable oil for stir-frying
- ●2 cloves frygarlic, minced
- ●1 medium onionsliced
- ●1 medium bell peppersliced
- ●2 tablespoons soy sauceoptional
- ●to taste salt

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the skillet. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add the sliced onion and bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 3-4 minutes.

Return the beef to the skillet. Add the ground peppercorns, Kenyan spice blend, and soy sauce (if using). Stir-fry everything together for 1-2 minutes.

Season with salt to taste. Serve hot over rice or noodles.

Check the internal temperature of the beef to ensure it reaches a safe minimum internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare, 160°F (71°C) for medium, and 170°F (77°C) for well-done.
