Rajma Masala
A popular North Indian kidney bean curry made with onions, garlic, ginger, and spices. Serve with basmati rice or naan bread.

- β1 cup, drained and rinsed kidney beans
- β1 medium, chopped onion
- β3 cloves, minced garlic
- β1-inch piece, grated ginger
- β1 tsp peppercorns
- β2 tsp quick indian spices
- β1 cup beans (such as kidney or rajma)

Instructions

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
