Roasted Radish and Peppery Tapas
A simple yet flavorful Spanish-inspired tapas dish featuring roasted radish and peppery tapenade. Perfect for a snack or appetizer.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons Peppercornsfreshly cracked
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- β1 clove Garlicminced
- β1 medium Roasted red pepperdiced
- β4-6 slices BreadSpanish or rustic bread
- β1/2 cup Manchego cheeseshaved
- β Salt
- β Black pepper
