Slovakian Pepper Meatballs
A hearty dish from Slovakia, these meatballs are made with beef and pork, flavoured with peppers and spices.

- ●250g porkfinely chopped
- ●1 onionroughly chopped
- ●2 cloves garlicminced
- ●2tsp Slovakian peppercorns
- ●1tsp salt

Preheat oven to 180°C.

In a bowl, mix together beef, pork, onion, garlic, peppercorns and salt.

Form into small meatballs and place on a baking tray.
