Australian Peppercorn Crusted Almond Crusted Snapper
A delicate Australian snapper fillet coated with a mixture of almond meal and peppercorns, pan-seared to perfection. This dish is perfect for a special occasion dinner.

- β1 cup almond mealground almonds
- β2 tbsp black peppercornsfreshly ground
- β1 tsp saltto taste
- β1 lemonjuice
- β2 tbsp olive oilfor cooking

1. Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

2. Rinse the snapper fillets and pat them dry with paper towels.

3. In a shallow dish, mix together the almond meal and black peppercorns.

4. Dip each snapper fillet in the almond meal mixture, coating both sides evenly.

5. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

6. Add the coated snapper fillets to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
